ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR, HANNAH DAY:
I have been teaching and empowering women in all stages of motherhood for over a decade.
In 2022, I was nominated as one of Canada’s top 100 businesses in the Total Mom Pitch and have won best yoga teacher in my local community for years.
Yin & Flow Yoga is a mix of various yoga styles (Hatha Yoga, Flow, Yin and Restorative Yoga) to release the day and prepare for a restful sleep.
My focus is strength and flexibility but also gentleness and mindfulness. This series is my most popular online series (going on since 2020!)
The community is supportive, and I am here for you LIVE each week to bring you your weekly yoga class into the comfort of home.
