All levels of yoga are welcome (including beginners) to this Yin & Flow Mini Series (4 classes over 4 weeks). Join experienced yoga instructor, Hannah Day LIVE on Zoom on Tuesday nights, for gentle movement and deep stretching, to help with mobility, flexibility and strength.

Each class is 75 minutes long and includes high quality recordings to keep.*

Yin Yoga is excellent for mobility of your joints, tight, stiff muscles and body aches. It will help you find calmness and grounding while restoring your nervous system. Flow Yoga will help with circulation, mental focus, muscle strength and stamina.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR, HANNAH DAY:

I have been teaching and empowering women in all stages of motherhood for over a decade.

 In 2022, I was nominated as one of Canada’s top 100 businesses in the Total Mom Pitch and have won best yoga teacher in my local community for years.

Flow & Restore Yoga is a mix of various yoga styles (Hatha Yoga, Flow, Yin, Kundalini and Restorative Yoga) to release the day and prepare for a restful sleep. 


My focus is strength and flexibility but also gentleness and mindfulness. This series is my most popular online series (going on since 2020 on Tuesday nights!) 

The community is supportive, and I am here for you LIVE each week to bring you your weekly yoga class into the comfort of home.

As a mom of two, I know the importance of scheduling exercise into your day to release, reset and restore balance.
