Movement is essential during pregnancy– for energy, sleep, & positioning of your baby in the pelvis, especially for learning breathing techniques for birth!
MOM & BABY
Mom & Baby Yoga is a fun way for moms to bond with their babies while they move their bodies & rebuild strength & stability in a safe & mindful way.
FLOW & RESTORE
Flow & Restore Yoga is a mix of various restorative yoga styles to restore, reset and strengthen the nervous system.
Hi, I’m Hannah Day!
I am a mother of two girls, & I have been teaching pre & postnatal yoga for over a decade.
I founded Power Mama Yoga™ in 2021 when I realized that my in-person classes limited the number of moms I could help with yoga.
Since bringing my yoga classes online on Zoom, I have helped hundreds of moms to schedule that much-needed time for themselves in their natural environment– the comfort of home!
