Mom & Baby Yoga is postpartum yoga classes LIVE on Zoom from the comfort of home, to help you rebuild the DEEP CORE after you’ve had a baby + have FUN while doing it.

Connection (with other moms) + movement is key for physical, mental and emotional wellness in motherhood.

Every Thursday morning you’ll meet with other moms live on Zoom from April 11 - May 16, 2024, from 11 am - 12 pm, PST (check your time zone!)

We will connect, learn about a layer of the core we are targeting then move your bodies in a fun postpartum yoga sequence. Classes are recorded and yours to keep afterward.

One-one time with your little one to bond through yoga. Not only are these classes getting you stronger and more energized, but your baby is part of the yoga class, with songs, sounds and tickles. It’s a win/win activity you can add to your weekly routine and look forward to each Thursday!

  • Week 1: The Pelvic Floor

  • Week 2: The Transverse Abdominis

  • Week 3: The Obliques

  • Week 4: The Glutes

  • Week 5: The Hip Flexors

  • Week 6: Rectus Abdominis (6-pack muscles)

  • A blanket to support your knees

  • A blanket for baby to lay on and VOILA! Magic at home to help you feel energized, strong and balanced after having a baby.


 

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR, HANNAH DAY:

I am a pre- & postnatal yoga specialist that has been teaching and empowering women for birth & beyond for over a decade.

I founded BirthPrep Yoga in 2020 and brought my prenatal yoga classes online. I founded Power Mama Yoga shortly after and brought my Mom & Baby Yoga classes online. Moms love to be able to connect live with other moms + move their bodies and connect with their babies. Plus, the recordings are loved by all to enjoy for years. I themed them around topics that I learned women were just not learning about. 


In 2022, I was nominated as one of Canada’s top 100 businesses in the Total Mom Pitch and have won best yoga teacher in my local community for years.

As a mom of two, I know the importance of scheduling exercise into your day to release, reset and restore balance.
